Frequently Asked Questions

The following are answers to the most frequently asked questions. Should you have any additional questions, please get in touch with us using the contact form below.

With integral telemedicine tools, a knowledge base open to the public, and a semantic markup based on ICD-10, VITALTALE is a Web 3.0 generation social platform.

Is this a platform you are just planning to create?

Having developed an alpha version of the platform for two and a half years, we have spent considerable time, money, and sleepless nights. But it has been well worth it! In today's world, VITALTALE is more than a simple whitepaper and yellow paper. It is a full-fledged product available for customers. We continue to develop and improve VITALTALE.

Can you explain what a VTTL token is?

This token represents the VITALTALE platform and is an ERC20 token based on the Arbitrum One network. The total number of tokens is fixed at 1,000,000,000. VITALTALE users will be paid with the token for the telemedicine consultations with medical specialists as well as for the platform's services. The daily trading volume of VTTL in the market is expected to be linearly related to the number of registered users of the VITALTALE social platform. We are confident that the VTTL token and its market rate will have excellent prospects.

Does VITALTALE still need users and helpful information?

VITALTALE has recently released its alpha version to the public, but the first million users still need to register. The VITALTALE platform already has an open knowledge base of thousands of diseases in the form of groups. For each disease, artificial intelligence generated a surrealistic image of the disease based on the symptoms of the disease, in addition to Synopsis, Symptoms, Diagnostic Methods, Testing, Treatment Management, and Therapy.

What is DICOM?

DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is the standard for the communication and management of medical imaging information and related data.

What is the purpose of DICOM?

DICOM is used for storing and transmitting medical images enabling the integration of medical imaging devices such as scanners, servers, workstations, printers, network hardware, and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).

How is DICOM used in practice?

DICOM is used worldwide to store, exchange, and transmit medical images. DICOM has been central to the development of modern radiological imaging: DICOM incorporates standards for imaging modalities such as radiography, ultrasonography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and radiation therapy.

What is the purpose of the DICOM toolkit?

DICOM toolkit supports 2D and 3D medical images, multimodality, and the ability to compare the results of multiple studies. DICOM toolkit can be used to view, analyze, and print information from various DICOM equipment.

What is ICD-10?

ICD-10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO). It contains codes for diseases, signs and symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or diseases.

What are the applications of ICD-10?

The ICD-10 system converts verbal descriptions of diseases and other health conditions into alphanumeric codes that facilitate the storage, retrieval, and analysis of information.

What is the number of diseases listed in ICD-10?

There are more than 14,000 different disease codes in the ICD-10 classification, divided into 22 chapters.

What is the reason for VITALTALE using ICD-10 and not ICD-11?

WHO (World Health Organization) recommends ICD-11 transition from January 1, 2022. This transition period has been extended to 2027. ICD-10 is used in most medical institutions worldwide. If VITALTALE introduced ICD-11, most users would not be able to access their medical records.

Who provides telemedicine services?

VITALTALE users can receive telemedicine services from any certified medical specialist who has provided VITALTALE with documents about his medical education and certification after these documents have been verified.

What is the cost of a medical consultation?

As far as medical consultations are concerned, each medical specialist determines the cost independently. The functionality of VITALTALE allows medical specialists to set an individual price for each consultation independently. VITALTALE does not affect the formation of the price of medical consultations. It is possible to conduct free consultations at no charge.

What is the payment method for medical consultations?

A patient and a medical specialist individually choose a convenient payment method that is convenient for them before the functionality of accepting payments in VTTL tokens is implemented and make mutual settlements between the two. All mutual accommodations between patients and medical specialists will be made in VTTL tokens after implementing the functionality for accepting payments in VTTL.

Does VITALTALE charge a separate fee for its telemedicine services?

Before the launch of the functionality for accepting payments in VTTL tokens, VITALTALE did not charge any fees for its telemedicine services. If VITALTALE launches the capability for accepting payments in VTTL, medical specialists will be charged 1.5% of the cost of the telemedicine consultation the patient pays as a fee.

How many languages is VITALTALE available in?

Currently, VITALTALE is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and German. Platform user interfaces are available in these languages, and automatic translation is available to users in these languages. We are working to expand the list of languages presented on VITALTALE.

Is it possible to write in languages that are not represented in VITALTALE?

Using any language on VITALTALE is undoubtedly possible, not just the languages available on the platform. Texts written in such languages can be automatically translated into any of VITALTALE's six available languages. In addition, all users will be able to understand these texts. The only limitation is the fact that translations cannot be made into languages that are yet to be available on VITALTALE.

In what areas can a translation be performed?

Any information presented on the platform, including posts and user comments, can be translated into any one of the available languages. The only exception is personal correspondence.

What are translation costs?

A free account allows users to translate up to 100,000 characters per month, while a VIP account provides users with a translation limit of 500,000 characters per month. Since VTTL has begun accepting payments, VIP accounts are unavailable, and all translations are free.
